Once you decide to place an order with Andrew Thompson, the next step is for us to put your logo artwork into the appropriate format for whatever form of logo decoration you choose (embroidery, screen printing, embossing, etc.). Camera-ready artwork is the best source for reproducing your logo, but we also can work from your stationery letterhead or from a business card.

If you are a new customer or if you are a current customer submitting new artwork, you will need to complete an Artwork Form. If you do not have an Artwork Form and need to submit one with an order, click here, print it out, fill it in, and send it to us.
The embroidery set-up fee for your artwork is based on the number of stitches required to embroider your logo. This is charged at a rate of $18 per thousand stitches, with a maximum charge of $200. Most designs require fewer than 8,000 stitches - and many require significantly fewer than that number. This is a one-time charge, so once we have your logo on file and you do not make any changes to it, you can use it as much as you'd like without any additional artwork preparation charges. However, if you do make changes to your artwork, there will be an editing charge.
For screen printing, the set-up fee is $15 per color in your design.
